We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 🎯 Senior Digital Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital experiences. You will be responsible for UI/UX design, branding, and content creation, ensuring our digital assets are engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity. Open to candidates from Mexico and LATAM working remotely. 🌎

Requirements 

  • UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD 🎨.
  • Strong knowledge of Design Thinking 💡.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups 🖌️.
  • Experience in branding and content creation for digital platforms 📢.
  • Strong time management skills, Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. ⏳
  • Team player with great collaboration skills 🤝.
  • Advanced English.

 Desirable

  • Experience with motion graphics & animations (Adobe After Effects) 🎞️.
  • Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere) 🎬.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign for digital & print layouts 📚.
  • Familiarity with Miro, InVision, and Marvel for design collaboration 🖥️.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end design implementation 💻.
  • Experience in Adobe Captivate for e-learning content 📖.

Main Activities
  • Design & enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. 🎨
  • Develop branding materials and marketing content for social media & sales enablement. 📢
  • Create Figma mock-ups & interactive prototypes for sales demos. 🖌️
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital assets. 📸
  • Collaborate with marketing & development teams to align design goals with business objectives. 🤝
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends & best practices to continuously improve our design solutions. 🚀
Education
  • Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 🎓
