Dynamics 365 Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on providing L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365, ensuring user satisfaction and smooth system operation. This position is 100% remote within the USA.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in application support.
Hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Main Activities
Provide L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 users.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary.
Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
Support users with system navigation, training, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
