Service Delivery Manager
We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading and coordinating shared delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction, This position is 100% remote within the USA. Requirements
5–8 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong track record of managing delivery teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent client-facing, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Main Activities
Lead and coordinate shared delivery teams across multiple projects.
Ensure high-quality service delivery in alignment with client expectations.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Implement strategies for operational efficiency and process improvement.
Track, report, and improve delivery performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
