We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on configuring and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights solutions. This position is 100% remote within the USA.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365.

  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration.

  • Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills.

Main Activities

  • Lead workshops to gather functional and business requirements.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Sales, Insights).

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for delivery teams.

  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users.

  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful implementations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
