Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- To identify and attract qualified talent, utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, online databases, recruiting events, and employee referrals.
- Lead the selection process, from resume review to conducting technical interviews and skills assessments.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing guidance and feedback.
- Efficiently manage time and resources to meet hiring deadlines and team objectives.
- Supervise and support junior recruiters, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in recruitment and information technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, focusing on information technology roles.
- Fluent in advanced English, both verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the recruitment process.
- Deep understanding of information technology and the skills required for specific roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills.
