We are looking for a talented System Migration Analyst  to join our team! If you have strong organizational and communication skills, experience in managing upgrade processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 🌟

This position is to work remotely, with a schedule from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM CST to support member needs. 🌎

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 🎓
  • Experience in customer or member-focused roles, such as account management, IT support, or project coordination. 🤝
  • Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and upgrade methodologies. 🔄
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 🗂️
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and member-friendly manner. 🗨️
  • Advanced English. 🌍
  • Availability for after-hours work to minimize disruptions for members. ⏰

Main Activities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members during upgrade initiatives.
  • Assess member needs, system configurations, and readiness for upgrades. 🔍
  • Develop and communicate tailored upgrade plans and timelines for each member.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, project management, and customer success) to ensure seamless implementations. 🛠️
  • Provide proactive communication to members about the upgrade process, expected outcomes, and potential disruptions. 📢
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting during and after the upgrade process.
  • Document upgrade activities, including configurations, challenges, and feedback, to improve future processes. 📝
  • Monitor upgrade progress to address and resolve issues promptly.
